Betaing accomplishments

Am really pleased with myself:

I've betaed berne's third chapter of her novel "Blind Faith". Lovely Draco and Pansy interaction coming up here.

I've finished betaing the third part in Wren's/L.M. Griffin's "Matter of Rules" series.
110 pages in Word (courier new/size 10)! It's not only long, it's excellent, too. Also very hot! Nah, more like capital letter HOT. Finally, we've moved beyond PG-13. :-)

Will now continue studying for my exam on Friday, because who needs sleep? Overrated, sleep is! Or not. If yawning is any indication. Hmpf. Must conquer the neediness of my body with self-discipline. Norrington would *not* be tired. He could beta-read for hours and still study! (Norrington beta-reading slash-fiction. Odd thought that.)

Anyway, if I have this exam behind, I will finally have time to
- respond to Marquesate's mails
- discuss Sparrow/Norrington with webcrow and mimesere
- finally try to write the Sparrow/Norrington essays that are taking shape in my brain
- read books without feeling guilty
