Hi, I came across your journal via selenak's link to your Restless post and I found your Buffy musings very interesting - I only recently finished watching Buffy myself (and am still catching up on Angel). The actual point of this comment was to just say that I hope you don't mind that I friended you as I'd love to read more of your posts as you continue to watch the shows.

Well, "just discovering" doesn't quite describe me as I actually started watching Buffy with "Go Fish" already back in 2000, but took a two year break between S3 and S4, and then there was another two years between that and seeing S5 last spring. After which I watched S5-S7 (plus S2 which I had mostly missed) and S1-S2 of Angel within six months :) So in a way it's a new fandom for me even though I've been a fan for years :)
