Why do things always break and need to be repaired. Gah.

Drat, drat, drat!

2 weeks ago our telly stopped working. Okay, I don't need the telly, I can watch Buffy and Angel on my PC just as well. But it would be nice to be able to watch the news once in a while.
So we have the telly repaired. It works for 5 minutes - and then has the exact same problem again. Fine, be that way. I cope.

Well, tonight the heater stopped working. It's cold outside, we even have snow - and our heater stops working!!! Cold rooms, no hot water!
Haven't even had a shower yet, because I was hoping we could fix the problem ourselves. Doesn't look good though...
So here I am huddled in blankets wearing much clothing. Fretting about how much it will cost to have the heater fixed.
I'm so annoyed I'll probably take a shower to let off steam. A cold shower. Which is perfectly doable considering the situation.

The good news: I have finally found an occasion to use my "fury" icon. Thank heavens for small blessings.

Uggh. Things breaking suck (my poor iPod...). On the other hand, 'round here in Oz, I'm thinking enviously of your snow.

Good luck getting everything fixed - and if you believe bad luck happens in threes, at least you've had your quota.

It's broken again... It sometimes works for about 2 hours and then goes out again and cannot always be restarted immediately. We have to call a Reparaturdienst after all.
