Pretty much true, especially the thing about hyperactive phases. I get them when I'm really excited about something and can do without much sleep or rest. But hey, I enjoy them.

I guess the test has about four possible result. As long as you don't test as Type A you're more or less fine. :-)

Internet personality tests are a lot like astrology: They are fun, but don't tell you anything really specific and certainly not anything you don't want to hear. Or if they do, you can always shrug and say "It's just an internet test." But hey, I love doing them.

[technical gubbins] Technically, there's no such thing as a Type B - it merely refers to the absence of Type A behaviours. So, if you're Type B+, you have a few traits of a Type A, but not enough to qualify you as a ratty so-and-so. The test really isn't long enough to be a proper personality test, and it isn't validated etc. etc... so, basically, you get out the same information as you put in, just summarised. It's also very easy to see through the pattern of questions, i.e. you just know what the Type A questions are. :-) But hey: Personality test on the internet = fun.
